1 on 1 or Group Privates

One on One and Group Privates are the most effective way to finesse or evolve your practice to the next level. Each session is customized to your specific needs and abilities. You are welcome to request a specific level, all levels and/or a specific style ie. Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner, Yin, Restorative, Chair, Meditation & more.

The Zoom.us app allows each of you to practice in the comfort of your own home. In Person One on One and Group Privates are also possible if you have an outdoor space that is suitable for yoga. Masks will be worn by myself and the students during the practice.

Hybrid Vinyasa Flow

Practice with me and the Sukha Sangha in person or via zoom.

In this class, you will be moving with breath as you align your body into each pose. Listen to your body each day. If you are having an awesome day and your body feels great, challenge yourself. If you are tired and need to take it easy, modify. Modifications for poses will be given whenever possible. Vinyasas are optional.

This class is not suitable for beginners.

Hybrid Beginner Yoga

You don't need to be flexible to do yoga. All you need to do is breathe as you move and your body will slowly let go and relax. Learn how to lengthen the spine, open up the neck & shoulders, relieve low back pain and stretch out the hips and legs.

Hybrid Slow Flow into Meditation

Practice with me and the Sukha Sangha in person or via zoom.

The intent of this all levels class is to nourish your body and soul. The first part of class will include pranayama and a slow flowing yoga sequence to help you let go of any tightness or tension that has built up during your week. This will prepare both your body and mind so you’ll be able to relax into the second part of class, a guided meditation. Join me in this practice of self-care. No meditation experience is required.

Slow Flow

Start your mornings in-person with the Cloudbreak Sangha. You will ease into this all levels class with pranayama (breathing exercises). As you begin to move, your breath will help you safely align your body so that you can maximize the energetic and healing benefits of each pose and minimize any risk of injury. This practice will nourish your body and your soul.
