One on One and Group Privates are the most effective way to finesse or evolve your practice to the next level. Each session is customized to your specific needs and abilities.
For Yoga privates, you are welcome to request a specific level, all levels and/or a specific style ie. Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner, Yin, Restorative, Chair and Meditation. In Person One on One and Group Privates in the comfort of your own home are possible if you have a space that is suitable for yoga .

Join me for this all levels class, focusing on alignment and breath. The power of your own breath will help you safely align your body into each pose. When your body is aligned, you can maximize the energetic and healing benefits of each pose and minimize any risk of injury. Modifications for poses will be given whenever possible allowing you to practice at the level that is right for your body at that moment in time.

Ideal for beginners and those who want a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus is on form and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals so you get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced. This class is ideal for all fitness levels, and is easily modified for those with physical limitations.
Spice up your pilates practice with this intermediate full body workout on the Tower. In the 1980’s the Tower was created in an effort to make a more compact version of the Cadillac apparatus. During Tower of Power classes, the moving carriage of the reformer will be transformed into a long stable trapeze table. Using the springs, Push Through Bar, Roll Down Bar and safety strap you will learn new ways to apply the Pilates fundamental principles as if you were on the original Cadillac apparatus. Delve deeper into Pilates as you diversify how you challenge your body to build muscular endurance, stabilize joints, increase range of motion and work the core.
Prerequisite: You have mastered the Pilates fundamental principles iwth at least 10-20 private reformer sessions or classes, and are ready for more. Modifications will be given, so you can work at the appropriate level for your body.
One on One Privates are customized to your specific needs and abilities. As a teacher of Pilates, I integrate the focus of the mind, the power of the breath with the movement of the body stemming from a strong, stable and flexible center to create a whole body sequence.

This is a Spine Safe Mat Pilates class. I offer modifications for exercises whenever I can so each student can honor where their body is each day.
If you thrive on variety, this pilates class is for you. Each class will be different not only in the sequence of exercises but also in the apparatus you will be using. Included in the apparatus mix will be one or more of the following: reformer, tower and/or arc.
If you have mastered the Pilates fundamental principles with at least 10-20 private reformer sessions or classes, challenge both your mind and your body as you experience this dynamic whole body workout.
We love getting our heart rate up while lying down! You'll spend at least half this class jumping with the Jumpboard/Reformer and half focused on your core (and maybe a head to toe workout!) This class will help you to tone and work up a sweat. a dynamic class to elevate your heart rate and target your abs.
Prerequisites: At least 3 Pilates classes are required first. Try Mighty Fondations or privates if you are new to Pilates. Must be comfortable incorporating weights & other accessories.

You’ll work out your whole body head to toe on a mix of the Reformers and the Towers. Half of your class will be spent on the Reformers and the other half on the Towers. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen, tone your muscles while also challenging you to work on your balance. Power up your powerhouse in this vigorous class that mixes it up.

Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers. This class focuses on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout.

This advanced class on the Reformer and Tower will push your workout up a notch. You will challenge your coordination, balance and bod. Get ready to work up a seat in this advanced class that mixes it up!
Prerequisites: Appropriate for students that have taken at least 10 Pilates classes and are comfortable incorporating weights and other accessories.
This class is for people with little experience with Pilates reformers or tower machines. This is also a great class for those who want to perfect their form. We'll teach you how to move and connect with your body plus rev up your core while learning to use the equipment safely. This is also an excellent refresher course, so you still get a great workout.
Join us for a work out on the Tower. This Class challenges you to work your Poerhouse and your balance with the resistance of the springs to intensify your workout. Mix up your Pilates practice in this challenging Tower class. IF you have done Pilates workouts on the Reformer, Cadillac or Springboard, then you are ready for action. Difference between Reformer and Tower? Integrated control as springs are placed differently working each part of your body individually.
