1 on 1 Privates, Group Privates &/or Corporate Yoga/Meditation

Privates One on One, Groups and Corporate sessions are customized to you or your group's specific needs and abilities. You are welcome to request a specific level, all levels and/or a specific style ie. Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner, Yin, Restorative, Chair, Meditation & more.

The app allows me to teach you one on one as well as groups. In Person One on One and Group privates are also possible if you have an outdoor space that is suitable for yoga. Masks will be worn by myself and the students during the practice.

Virtual Gentle Hatha Yoga

Ease into your Saturday in a healthy way. Step onto your mat for a slow and gentle opening of the body in the comfort of your own home. You don't need to be flexible. All you need to do is breathe as you move and your body will slowly let go and relax. Beginners are welcome.

If you'd like to take class, you can send me a message per the contact area at the bottom of this webpage. Each Saturday morning, I email the zoom link to everyone on the list.

Regarding payment:

Sliding scale 0-12.00 per class. Price has been modified due to "Shelter in Place". No one will be turned away for lack of payment.

Virtual Slow Flow into Meditation

Practice with me and the Sukha Sangha via zoom.

The intent of this all levels class is to nourish your body and soul. The first part of class will include pranayama and a slow flowing yoga sequence to help you let go of any tightness or tension that has built up during your week. This will prepare both your body and mind so you’ll be able to relax into the second part of class, a guided meditation. Join me in this practice of self-care. No meditation experience is required.

Virtual Vinyasa Flow

Practice with me and the Sukha Sangha via zoom.

In this class, you will be moving with breath as you align your body into each pose. Listen to your body each day. If you are having an awesome day and your body feels great, challenge yourself. If you are tired and need to take it easy, modify. Modifications for poses will be given whenever possible. Vinyasas are optional.

This class is not suitable for beginners.

An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation - Online

Practicing Mindfulness Meditation can provide you with a quiet refuge within yourself. When you are caught up in the entrapments of modern day life, taking time to be mindful of your breath, bodily sensations, thoughts and emotions can help you to see how things really are and to make better choices from a place of wisdom. 

In week 1, you will learn what Mindfulness Meditation is, the benefits of meditation and experience both informal and formal meditations that you can practice on your own.

In week 2, you will learn about your thoughts, how the mind creates aversions to the meditation experience and a technique to help you to manage your thoughts during meditation.

In week 3, you will learn about the interconnection between your thoughts and emotions, what happens when you resist how things are and practice a meditation that will open your heart towards yourself and others.

In week 4, you will bring together all that you have learned in the first 3 weeks to experience a RAIN (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture) meditation.

Each class will include talks, question & answer time and 2-3 meditations.

No experience necessary. Minimum age is 18 years old.
