Spice up your pilates practice with this intermediate full body workout on the Tower. In the 1980’s the Tower was created in an effort to make a more compact version of the Cadillac apparatus. During Tower of Power classes, the moving carriage of the reformer will be transformed into a long stable trapeze table. Using the springs, Push Through Bar, Roll Down Bar and safety strap you will learn new ways to apply the Pilates fundamental principles as if you were on the original Cadillac apparatus. Delve deeper into Pilates as you diversify how you challenge your body to build muscular endurance, stabilize joints, increase range of motion and work the core.
Prerequisite: You have mastered the Pilates fundamental principles iwth at least 10-20 private reformer sessions or classes, and are ready for more. Modifications will be given, so you can work at the appropriate level for your body.
