Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers. This class focuses on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout.


Prerequisite Notes - Mighty Mix - Level 2
*At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates*

Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.
