Mighty Tower

Join us for a work out on the Tower. This Class challenges you to work your Poerhouse and your balance with the resistance of the springs to intensify your workout. Mix up your Pilates practice in this challenging Tower class. IF you have done Pilates workouts on the Reformer, Cadillac or Springboard, then you are ready for action. Difference between Reformer and Tower? Integrated control as springs are placed differently working each part of your body individually.

Prerequisites: At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Try Might Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates.

Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate for after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal or Private classes.
