Mighty Mix

You’ll work out your whole body head to toe on a mix of the Reformers and the Towers. Half of your class will be spent on the Reformers and the other half on the Towers. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen, tone your muscles while also challenging you to work on your balance. Power up your powerhouse in this vigorous class that mixes it up.

Prerequisite Notes - Mighty Mix - Level 2
At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates*
