*At least 3 Pilates classes are required first. Try Mighty Foundations or Privates if you are new to Pilates. Must be comfortable incorporating weights and other accessories*

Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.
