Jump & Core

We love getting our heart rate up while lying down! You'll spend at least half this class jumping with the Jumpboard/Reformer and half focused on your core (and maybe a head to toe workout!) This class will help you to tone and work up a sweat. a dynamic class to elevate your heart rate and target your abs.

Prerequisites: At least 3 Pilates classes are required first. Try Mighty Fondations or privates if you are new to Pilates. Must be comfortable incorporating weights & other accessories.

Pregnant? Congrats! Classes are not appropriate after the first trimester. Please sign up for our Pre/Post Natal classes or Privates instead.
