Mighty Power Tower

This class challenges you to work your Powerhouse and your balance with the resistance of the springs to intensify your workout. Mix up your Pilates practice in this challenging Tower class. If you have done at least 10 Pilates workouts on the Reformer, Cadillac or Springboard, then you are ready for action.

Difference between Reformer and Tower?
- Integrated control as springs are placed differently working each part of your body individually
- Towers are great for strengthening any imbalances in your body.

*At least 10 Pilates equipment classes are required*
