The intent of this all levels class is to nourish your body and soul. The first part of class will include pranayama and a slow flowing yoga sequence to help you let go of any tightness or tension that has built up during your week. This will prepare both your body and mind so you’ll be able to relax into the second part of class, a guided meditation. Join me in this practice of self-care. No meditation experience is required.
