Yoga Alignment 101 - (60 minutes)

Props - yoga mat, chair, 2 yoga blocks, strap & blanket

This is a 60 minute yoga practice using breath and alignment. The main movements are 1/2 Sun Salutations A and B. The main poses are extended side angle and twists using a chair or block to help with alignment.

This yoga practice is appropriate for beginners and students returning to their practice. Modifications will be offered when possible. Enjoy!
