Vinyasa - Intermediate/Advanced (75 minutes)

Props - yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, strap & blanket

In this 75 minute yoga class, you will be moving with breath as you align your body into each pose. The peak poses are Hanumasana, Bird of Paradise & Koundinyasana II.

This class is NOT suitable for beginners.

Listen to your body each day. If you are having an awesome day and your body feels great, challenge yourself. If you are tired and need to take it easy, modify. Modifications for poses will be given whenever possible. Vinyasas are optional. Enjoy!
