Slow Flow into Meditation - All Levels (75 minutes)

Props - yoga mat 2 yoga blocks, strap, 2 blankets & bolster or chair.

This is a 75 minute class. The first 60 minutes is an all levels yoga class moving with breath and alignment. The main poses are Triangle into Half Moon, Pyramid, Twisting Triangle and Warrior III. Modifications for poses will be given whenever possible allowing you to practice at the level that is right for your body at that moment in time. The last 15 minutes is a meditation on well-being.
