Practice with me and the Sukha Sangha in person or via zoom.
In this class, you will be moving with breath as you align your body into each pose. Listen to your body each day. If you are having an awesome day and your body feels great, challenge yourself. If you are tired and need to take it easy, modify. Modifications for poses will be given whenever possible. Vinyasas are optional.
This class is not suitable for beginners.
