O.H.M. is the acronym for Overtures Honoring Mindfulness, a collection of the written word that speaks to my heart, mind & soul.
In the Honeyball Sutta, the Buddha offered a simple and universal formula through which we can understand and trace the moment-to-moment construction of our personal world. This is not an abstract or theoretical formula but can be experientially traced in our experience; it is a process that happens thousands of times in a single day.
What we contact we feel
What we feel we perceive
What we perceive we think about
What we think about we proliferate about
What we proliferate about we dwell upon
What we dwell upon becomes the shape of our mind
The shape of our mind becomes the shape of our world.
